Discuss and consider action to approve the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation (PCDC) FY2023 Budget.
Summary
The PCDC President, Treasurer and Vice President met with staff to review the proposed detailed budget on June 15, 2022. City accounting staff reviewed and made recommendations to the proposed PCDC FY2023 Budget in early June of 2022 and again in July of 2022 and the PCDC budget was presented during the City Counci Worksession on June 21, 2022. On August 3, 2022 the PCDC Board met in a Special Called Meeting and unanimously approved a 7% COLA for all PCDC staff effective as of July 10, 2022. The PCDC board also unanimously approved the required changes to the proposed FY23 Budget to reflect the COLA increases in personnel and the administrative contract. Following all workshops, deliberations, City staff and previous review by City Council, the PCDC Board is forwarding the FY23 Budget for final approval as a separately audited component unit of the City of Pflugerville.
Prior City Council Action
City Council has reviewed and approved all PCDC Budgets since 2001.
