Summary
In accordance with City Council approval on May 24, 2022, this item authorizes expenditures to renovate Suite 500, creating an additional nine workspaces in an effort to meet the current and future needs of our growing staff. This project would provide the space needed for the Communications Department and free up space within Suite 200 for the Information Technology Department.

Prior City Council Action
On May 24, City Council approved an ordinance allocating funding for renovations including City Council Chambers Suite 500.
