Summary
The City of Pflugerville has retained Focused Advocacy in support of Pflugerville's Legislative Agenda and general state government advocacy efforts since 2012. These services were discontinued at the end of FY19 due to a lack of appropriation of funds to continue the contract in FY20. In July 2020, Council approved a proposal and authorized the City Manger to execute the final agreement.
A 25-month agreement was executed for October 1, 2020 thru September 30, 2022 to align with the City's budget and fiscal year.
The current agreement is set to end September 30, 2022. The new agreement amends the cancellation clause.
