Discussion regarding future adjustments to the Unified Development Code to address the SH130 and SH45 corridor development regulations.
Summary
The intent of this item is to continue the discussion held with City Council at the October 25th worksession. The Aspire 2040 plan was approved earlier this year and identified a variety of land use types proposed throughout the SH130 and SH45 corridor which include mixed use development. The purpose of this discussion is to provide a high level recap of what the Aspire plan identified along the SH130 and SH45 corridor, provide a visual preference to confirm the building form that is envisioned by City Council for mixed use, and receive any additional feedback on development regulations that the City Council would like implemented within the development regulations. Information received from the discussion will ensure that any amendments to the development regulations associated with the SH130 and SH45 corridors accurately reflect the desired vision.
