The subject property is located generally northwest of the East Wells Branch Parkway and Immanuel Road intersection.  The final plat establishes one mixed use lot, the extension of East Olympic Drive, and right-of-way dedication to Immanuel Road. All improvements within the site will be private and reviewed by City Staff in the Site Development process in accordance with the Unified Development Code.

The final plat  meets the minimum state and local requirements, staff recommends approval.
