Title
Approving a supplemental agreement with Halff Associates, Inc. in the amount of $197,256.00 for professional engineering services associated with the Heatherwilde Subdivision Pavement Rehabilitation Project as part of the 2020 Pavement Maintenance Program and authorizing the City Manager to execute same.

Summary
The scope of work for this project includes geotechnical investigation, pavement design, preliminary engineering analysis, and construction plan and specification preparation for the Heatherwilde Subdivision Pavement Rehabilitation Project. The proposed design includes pavement rehabilitation for the eleven roadways listed below totaling approximately 13,930 linear feet.

On February 11, 2020, the City Council was presented, discussed and approved the 2019 Pavement Management Services Pavement Condition Report. During the meeting, several maintenance/ preservation funding scenarios were presented and an optimum distribution of the 20% preservation and 80% rehabilitation was recommended. The City Council has allocated $1,600,000 in the FY 2020 budget from Street Maintenance (Contracted) and $150,000 for crack sealing under Maintenance Contracts.
