Summary
This ordinance is to authorize the City Manager to execute an Easement and Right of Way agreement between the City of Pflugerville and Oncor Electric Delivery Company LLC, a Delaware limited liability company as a part of the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Phase 1 Expansion project. The easement is necessary to allow Oncor to modify the existing transformer at the WWTP to account for the additional electricity required to power the expansion project.
The City Charter, Section 3.14., requires an ordinance to convey or lease or authorize the conveyance or lease of any city land.
